Welcome to Wilson Driving School which was established in 2015! My name is David Wilson and I am the owner, operator and instructor for Wilson Driving School. I am currently, and have been for the last 20 years a high school teacher in the San Juan Unified School District. In addition to teaching, I have eight years of experience coaching high school football, with six of those years being spent coaching varsity football at Bella Vista High School. Before starting Wilson Driving School, I taught behind the wheel driving instruction for more than four years at a driving school in Cameron Park, therefore I have lots of experience teaching, working with, and relating to high school students. Because I am the only instructor giving lessons, I can ensure that they are done correctly every time, while allowing me the opportunity to build confidence and a good rapport with each individual student.
Here at Wilson Driving School I aim to provide safe, correct, courteous and friendly instruction in a low stress environment. I want you to learn proper driving techniques and make sure you pass your test the first time! My number one goal however, is the safety of my driving students. I also realize that each individual is unique and has their own individual challenges in both their driving abilities and their busy lives. Furthermore, I understand that behind the wheel driving instruction can be a costly endeavor for which there is no alternative. Therefore, I wanted my driving school to offer students and their parents flexibility, without trying to get you to buy a package of driving lessons that you are unsure sure if you need or not, in order to try and save some money in the long run. At Wilson Driving School you pay as you go, there are no commitments or financial obligations ahead of time, therefore we can offer a customized experience just for you. I also offer a referral discount program, where I will give a $10 discount to not only you, but to the person you are referring, and there is no limit to how many referrral discounts you may earn. Simply mention the name of whomever referred you when you call to schedule a lesson and I will take care of the rest.
